Cancellation Policy
- A 100% refund is applicable if the cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the check-in date.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.
- In case of failure to arrive without prior notice, it will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be
issued.
- Guests forfeit the right to claim a refund if they do not utilize the included benefits in the booked
tariff.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Bookings made at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
Note: Refunds will be based on the basic tariff. Convenience fees and taxes are not eligible
for refunds.
Policy for Unforeseen Situations
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as insurgency, pandemics, sudden changes in government
policies or guidelines, etc., bookings can be rescheduled to any available date within the next 6 months
without incurring any cancellation charges.
- Kindly notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability of accommodation.
- The first rescheduling is complimentary. However, a 20% rescheduling charge based on the basic tariff will
be applied for any subsequent rescheduling.
- You're not limited to the original booking location. Feel free to rebook at any of our homestays across
India.
